Promega a 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplace Award Winner

Promega was named today as a top employer in the United States, winning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces 2025 award. Companies earn a place on the USA TODAY Top Workplaces list based solely on feedback from employee engagement surveys compiled by research firm Energage.
More than 1,500 companies across three size categories were recognized as 2025 national winners. Promega ranked 88th among companies with 1,000-2,499 employees. This is the third time the Wisconsin-based biotechnology manufacturer has been named to the list.
In addition to receiving a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, Promega ranked 3rd on the list of Top Workplaces Greater Madison Area among companies with 300+ employees. Promega has also been recognized with additional Culture Excellence Awards for appreciation, employee well-being, professional development and work/life flexibility.

Winners of the USA TODAY Top Workplaces award are calculated by comparing the Energage employee engagement survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers, to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
