Orders for reagents sent on working days will be processed by Promega on the same day if the product is in stock. If the ordered product is not in stock, delivery will be made as quickly as possible.
Please note that chilled shipping is carried out Monday to Wednesday only.

Recyclable Packaging
We strive to use packaging materials that maximize product integrity and performance while minimizing environmental impact. All our products are packaged with recyclable materials, such as paper-based unbleached cardboard boxes. Heat-sensitive products are shipped in polystyrene boxes because they meet protection, durability and temperature stability requirements best. In order to avoid unnecessary fuels by picking up or returning the shipping materials, Promega GmbH participates in the green dot and thus supports the return of the raw materials to local circles.
