Shipping Schedule
All orders are dispatched from our head office in Sydney and delivered by courier. When stock is not available in Sydney, delivery time may take up to 2 weeks or longer. Please contact us on 1800 225 123 or email auscustserv@promega.com for stock availability and shipping fees.
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day to most metropolitan areas. More remote locations may take 2 days for delivery.
Recyclable Packaging
We strive to use packaging materials that maximise product integrity and performance while minimising environmental waste. All our products are packaged in highly recyclable materials, such as paper-based, unbleached cardboard. Please see further information on our packaging here.
Heat-labile products are shipped in EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam boxes, which is currently the best material for protection, durability and temperature maintenance. We encourage you to recycle the EPS boxes your receive from us through your institution's recycling program or by looking for recyclers near you: http://epsa.org.au/where-can-i-recycle-eps/
