Lysis Buffer

Lysis Buffer is designed to work with the other components of the DNA IQ™ System (Cat.# DC6700 and DC6701) to purify DNA from blood, blood stains, buccal swabs and a variety of other sample types. Lysis Buffer also is designed to work with the other components of the MagneSil® Genomic, Fixed Tissue System (Cat.# MD1490) to purify genomic DNA from 10 micron thin sections of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue and MagneSil® Blood Genomic, Max Yield System (Cat.# MD1360) to purify greater than or equal to 4μg of genomic DNA from 200μl of human blood using a Beckman Coulter Biomek® FX Liquid Handling Workstation.
