Hands-Free DNA Purification from Whole Blood in 30–40 Minutes
The Maxwell® 16 LEV Blood DNA Kit is used with the Maxwell® 16 Instrument to provide automated extraction of DNA from 1–16 whole blood samples in 30–40 minutes. Offering efficient processing and higher sample capacity than comparable systems, the kit is optimized for maximum yield, purity and concentration. Up to 300μl of whole blood can be processed to yield up to 150ng/μl DNA.
The Maxwell® 16 LEV Blood DNA Kit method provides buffy coat-like DNA purity and concentration from whole blood samples, saving time and allowing automation. There is no detectable cross-contamination between samples, reducing the likelihood of time-consuming rework.
