The Vac-Man® Jr. Laboratory Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A7660) is composed of a #8 neoprene stopper and two, one-way Luer-Lok® stopcocks as a single unit that inserts easily into a 1- or 2-liter side-arm flask with a 34–43mm opening. The Vac-Man® Jr. Laboratory Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A3110) is composed of a #10 neoprene stopper and two, one-way Luer-Lok® stopcocks as a single unit that inserts easily into a 1- or 2-liter side-arm flask with a 41–48.5mm opening. These small manifolds are ideal for rapid and efficient nucleic acid purification when used in conjunction with a water aspirator-type vacuum source and the columns in any of the PureYield™, Wizard® or Wizard® Plus Purification Systems. The Vac-Man® Jr. Manifolds are an inexpensive alternative to the popular 20-sample capacity Vac-Man® Laboratory Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A7231).
