The Wizard MagneSil Tfx™ System provides a simple, reliable and rapid method to isolate plasmid DNA in a multiwell format. Purified plasmid can be used directly for transfection, as well as for other standard molecular biology techniques. The use of MagneSil® Paramagnetic Particles for lysate clearing and DNA capture circumvents the need for centrifugation or vacuum manifolds, allowing DNA purification with the Wizard MagneSil Tfx™ System to be completely automated.
