The ADCC Reporter Bioassay Effector Cells, F Variant, Propagation Model can be used with the ADCC Reporter Bioassay, F Variant to quantify the biological activity on pathway activation by therapeutic antibodies in an ADCC mechanism of action assay. The Propagation model allows cell banking and propagation under a unique purchase agreement. The assay combines a simple, add-mix-read format and an optimized protocol to provide a bioassay that has low variability and high accuracy.
