The MethylEdge™ Bisulfite Conversion System offers a novel and efficient bisulfite conversion reagent with a protocol that can be completed in less than two hours, including desulphonation and clean-up. Typical bisulfite conversion protocols involve long incubation times under harsh conditions resulting in highly fragmented DNA. The ME Conversion Reagent is supplied ready-to-use, and all components can be stored at room temperature.
