The ReliaPrep™ RNA Clean-Up and Concentration System was designed to purify RNA from guanidine salts and ethanol carried over from purification systems and concentrate RNA from dilute solutions while maintaining good recovery of RNA samples. The purified and concentrated RNA can be used in downstream applications such as RT-qPCR, Northern blot analysis or RNA sequencing. In addition, dilute samples or sample pools up to 300μl can be processed over a single column and eluted in 15μl of water or TE buffer. Up to 12 samples can be processed in less than 10 minutes.
