Abstract
This Application Note provides instructions for use of the ProNex® DNA QC Assay ABI 7500/7500FAST Kit (Cat.# NG1002 and NG1003) on the Applied Biosystems® QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR Instrument. The analysis is performed using the QuantStudio™ Design and Analysis Software (version 1.4.1 or higher).
