Shipping

Order by 17:30 Monday to Thursday (16:00 on Friday) and receive your order next working day before noon (some geographical restrictions apply).
Orders received on a Friday before a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next working day. 


Recycling

To ensure optimal product performance, it is essential that we use expanded polystyrene containers for shipping. To eliminate waste and pollution we offer a recycling programme at no cost to you. All boxes have a pre-paid address label that can be used to post the polystyrene boxes back to Promega for recycling.
