9. Promega UK reserves the right to change the rules of the game, discount actions, conditions of participation and prize draws at any time and without giving reasons.
10. Every effort will be taken to deliver the gifts as shown, however, Promega UK reserves the right to substitute with gifts of equivalent value and quality should the original gift become unavailable.
11. Promega UK reserves the right to disqualify any participant reasonably believed to have breached, undermined or subverted in any way the legitimate operation of this promotion, whether by deceptive or wilful activity or otherwise.
12. It is the responsibility of person entering the competition to ensure that entering this promotion does not conflict with internal rules and regulations within their organisation. In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, he/she warrants that his/her employers have full knowledge of their actions and have consented thereto. Promega UK cannot be held responsible for any dispute within an organisation with regards to which individual should be allocated the prize, nor can Promega UK be held responsible for any defect in any reward.

By participating in this promotion, the contestant agrees to waive all rights to claim against Promega UK and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents in respect of any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion (including but not limited to the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize or any component thereof but excluding any death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Promega UK).

If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Promega UK which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Promega UK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
15. The laws of England and Wales will apply to this promotion and the relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the promotion.
16. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Udział w konkursie jest bezpłatny i niezależny od zakupu produktów firmy Promega. Biorąc udział w konkursie uczestnik odwiedzający stronę akceptuje podane niżej warunki udziału. W konkursie mogą wziąć udział wszyscy pełnoletni klienci spółki Promega GmbH, mający siedzibę w Polsce. Z uczestnictwa w konkursie wykluczeni są pracownicy spółki Promega GmbH i wszystkich firm partnerskich oraz członkowie ich rodzin.

Przed udziałem w konkursie uczestnik zobowiązany jest do samodzielnego zapoznania się w własnym instytucie/zakładzie pracy z wytycznymi dotyczącymi przyjmowania nagród. Wszelkie wątpliwości uczestnik wyjaśnia w ramach własnej instytucji, z osobą odpowiedzialną.

Wśród wszystkich prawidłowo zarejestrowanych uczestników, po każdej rundzie konkursu, wylosowani zostaną zwycięzcy. Droga prawna jest wykluczona. Zwycięzcy otrzymają pisemne powiadomienie, a ich nazwiska zostaną opublikowane na stronie internetowej (www.promega.com). Uczestnictwo w konkursie jest bezpłatne. Uczestnik ponosi jedynie koszty połączenia ze stronami internetowymi. Nagrody będą wysyłane wyłącznie na adresy w Polsce. Podczas losowania zostaną uwzględnieni jedynie ci uczestnicy, którzy przesłali prawidłowe odpowiedzi na pytania konkursowe i przy rejestracji podali wszystkie wymagane dane. Decyzja zapada w drodze losowania, z uwzględnieniem zasady przypadku.

Wypłata wartości nagrody w gotówce, wymiana lub przeniesienie praw do nagrody na osoby trzecie jest wykluczone. Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialność za podanie prawidłowego adresu. Organizator nie gwarantuje prawidłowości opublikowanych nazwisk zwycięzców. Na towar wygrany przysługuje gwarancja producenta, jeśli nie podano innych informacji.
