Maxwell® RSC Cultured Cells DNA Kit

The Maxwell® RSC Cultured Cells DNA Kit is used with the Maxwell® RSC Instruments to provide a simple method for efficient, automated extraction of DNA from up to 5 × 10⁶ mammalian tissue culture cells and 2 × 10⁹ bacterial cells. The kit contains all the necessary reagents for DNA extraction from cell culture and is used with the Maxwell® RSC Instruments in a convenient prefilled cartridge format. The Maxwell® RSC Instrument can process from 1 to 16 samples and the Maxwell® RSC 48 can process from 1 to 48 samples in a single run. Cultured cell sample is added directly into well #1 of the cartridges, and purified DNA is ready for analysis in about 45 minutes. Purified DNA can be used directly in a variety of downstream applications such as agarose gel electrophoresis and other amplification-based assays.
