GoTaq® MDx DNA Polymerase contains GoTaq® MDx DNA Polymerase, 5X Green GoTaq® Flexi Buffer, 5X Colorless GoTaq® Flexi Buffer and 25mM MgCl2. The enzyme is supplied in a proprietary formulation containing 50% glycerol with buffers designed for enhanced amplification. GoTaq® MDx DNA Polymerase is manufactured under cGMP.
