The ENLITEN® ATP Assay System is intended for rapid and quantitative detection of adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP). The rL/L Reagent included in the system measures 10–11 to 10–16 moles of ATP. Applications for the ENLITEN® ATP Assay System include:
- Indirect measurement of bacteria, yeasts, fungi and other microorganisms in foodstuffs, beverages, water, woodpulp, cosmetics and other products.
- Assay of enzymes that produce or degrade ATP.
Summary of Changes
The following changes were made to the 9/21 revision of this document:
1. In Section 4.A, "buffers/extracts" was changed to "buffers and ATP extractants" for clarity.
2. Discontinued products were removed from Section 6, Related Products.
3. The cover image was updated.
