Introduction of DNA into mammalian cells is facilitated by the ProFection® Mammalian Transfection Systems, with a calcium phosphate-mediated transfection procedure. Each system contains sufficient reagents for 40 high-efficiency transfections of cells plated in 100mm tissue culture plates.
