The FuGENE® SI Transfection Reagent is a lipid-based transfection reagent designed to transfect siRNA, miRNA and other small RNA molecules into a wide variety of eukaroytic cell lines, including insect cells. This reagent can be used to transfect common and difficult-to-transfect cell lines with high efficiency and low toxicity, requiring fewer cells and eliminating the need to change medium after transfection.
