The ICOS Bioassay, Propagation Model, is a bioluminescent reporter cell-based assay that can be used to measure the potency and stability of antibodies and other biologics that activate ICOS. The assay consists of two genetically engineered cell lines, ICOS Effector Cells and FcγRIIb aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells. These cells are provided in Cell Propagation Model (CPM) format, which includes cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, propagated and banked for long-term use.
