The Lumit® IFN-γ (Human) Immunoassay is a homogeneous, bioluminescent assay for detecting interferon gamma (IFN-γ) released from cells without the need for sample transfers or wash steps. The Lumit® IFN-γ (Human) Immunoassay has been developed for use with cell culture samples. Lumit® reagents can be dispensed directly into microplate wells containing cells and culture medium. Alternatively, medium from cell wells can be transferred to a separate plate for analysis. Assay performance with additional sample types must be determined by the user.

The following changes were made to the 6/25 revision of this document:
1. Lumit® Human IFN-γ Standard was added to Sections 4.B, 5.B and 9.D.
