The Maxwell® RSC Rapid ccfDNA Kit is used with the Maxwell® Instruments to provide an easy method for efficient, automated sample preparation and purification of circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) from human plasma samples of 1–4ml. Maxwell® Instruments are designed for use with predispensed reagent cartridges and preprogrammed purification procedures, maximizing simplicity and convenience. Maxwell® methods for the RSC Rapid ccfDNA Kit can process from one to the maximum sample number in less than 30 minutes. The purified DNA can be used directly in a variety of downstream applications such as digital PCR and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
