The MyGlo® Reagent Reader is a device that measures light output using applications accessed via the cloud-based Promega ProNect® Data Platform. The reader and data platform control, read and analyze samples assessed by compatible Promega assays in a standard 96-well microplate.

Summary of Changes
The following changes were made to the 9/25 revision of this document:
1. Updated MyGlo and ProNect to registered trademarks.
2. Updated the Introduction, Section 1, removed Safety Symbols and Markings table and moved the symbols to Sections 6 or 8.
3. Updated text and the image in Figure 3.
4. Made additions and replacements to Steps in Sections 4 and 5.
5. Reordered the subsections in Section 5.2, moving "Designing a Plate Map" to follow "Reading Your Plate Using a Plate Map".
