The IL-15 Bioassay is a bioluminescent cell-based assay designed to measure IL-15 stimulation or inhibition. The IL-15 Bioassay is provided in a thaw-and-use format as cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, plated and used in an assay without the need for cell propagation. The IL-15 Bioassay is also available in a Cell Propagation Model format (Cat.# J2962), which includes cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, propagated and banked for long-term use.

This Technical Manual is relevant for Cat.# JA2011 and JA2015; JA3011 and JA3015 (Korea).
