The NanoBRET® K192 TE Assay Vector Plate Map is an Excel® file that details where each of the 192 kinase-NanoLuc® fusion vectors are arrayed in the vector panel plates. The recommended tracer concentration for each kinase is also provided.

The NanoBRET® K192 TE Assay Performance Summary is an Excel® file summarizing the average assay windows obtained by Promega scientists for each kinase in the K192 panel. The file also summarizes occupancy data for two control inhibitors at each kinase on the panel. These data are provided as a reference.
