Quantify Targeted Cell Killing with Confidence

The Bio-Glo-NB™ Luciferase Assay Systems provide a highly sensitive, robust and homogeneous reagent for the detection of cell killing in Promega TCK Bioassays. Bio-Glo-NB™ Assay Reagents contain a cell-impermeable LgBiT that complements a HiBiT-tagged protein of interest in the extracellular media, resulting in a bright, luminescent NanoBiT® luciferase. Bio-Glo-NB™ Luciferase Assay Systems are functionally tested for performance in the Target Cell Killing Bioassays and intended for use with those products.

The Bio-Glo-NB™ Luciferase Assay Systems provide a highly sensitive, robust and homogeneous reagent for the detection of cell killing in Promega TCK Bioassays.

Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent is Optimized for Use to Include Extended Co-culture Applications. Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent is optimized for batch and continuous-process handling; the extended bright light output offers high sensitivity, especially for extended incubations.
